We are retired and recently moved from our residence of 43 years. Cathy
staged our home in preparation for sale, and had staged the town home
we ultimately purchased. In both cases we felt it to be tastefully done
while still allowing for the appearance of
what can be done by an owner. Secondly, Cathy is very anxious to help
but does so by sharing a vision for homeowners to consider while
listening to the their thoughts as well. Lastly, Cathy is fun and
casual but always professional. Anyone would look forward
to having her presence to assist in amazing decorating!

Cathy is an awesome woman that knows how to stage any house of any kind,
and turns it into a sale!
My house sat all last year with not a single offer from March to
October. I re-listed the house in February of this year, and I really
didn't think that staging made that big of a deal. Well, a week after I
listed, I had a full price offer and I owe it to Cathy and her business.
She transformed a single man's home with ZILCH decorating skills and
turned it into a home I have never lived in, it was transformed for the
better!
Although the home was decorated to appeal to the ancient, geriatric,
geezer who makes up 99.7% of the population here in Rochester, a very
young person bought my home anyways, I still say that Cathy is worth
every penny.

You MUST have Cathy and her team consult with you before you list your house. Her ideas and vision helped me to see "outside the box" and alter some things that I didn't initially feel needed to be changed. What a difference!!!! I de-cluttered. I rearranged and simplified based on Cathy's advice. Then- she came over and staged the house with everything from bedding to paintings, from decorative items to lotions and soaps. Then my home was photographed before the listing. I honestly believe Cathy's ideas and team netted me a few extra thousand dollars!!! All for a couple hundred dollars. Thank you!!!!!!
And I’m so glad Cathy was OK with my crazy dogs. Many times (and it’s 100%
understandable), folks are unsure of- and concerned about their well-being with
unknown dogs. Her advice, recommendations, and perspective made a big difference in helping me(as a seller)- put my best foot forward. And I feel that it made a
difference and helped me attract a fair and competitive offer that, absent Cathy's
input- wouldn’t have been so good. Her fees are quite reasonable. I will
be recommending her to friends and family

Nine months ago, we started preparing our home to sell. We de-cluttered and
rearranged, spruced and tidied, but failed to sell it during the first
six months it was listed. When we relisted it with a different realtor,
she highly recommended having Cathy stage it. Cathy did a walk through
for our initial consultation, and within a day had provided us with a
detailed list of suggested changes, none of which were expensive or
onerous. She came back a second time with her color expert, Susan, who
recommended specific colors for two small painting projects which were
spot on! The third time Cathy and Susan came, they arrived prepared
with a wide array of prints, pillows and home decor items to enhance our
furnishings. The transformation was amazing. We staged the house on
Wednesday, listed it on Thursday and sold it on Saturday. Cathy is a
delight to work with. We plan to take advantage of her expertise when
decorating our new home.
